山形大医学部は笑う頻度が高い人は死亡リスクが軽減され、心疾患の発症リスクも抑えられるとの研究成果を25日に発表しました。これは山形県コホート研究の追跡調査による解析結果で、ほとんど笑わない人は、よく笑う人に比べて全死亡リスクが1.95倍、たまに笑う人はよく笑う人に比べて心筋梗塞などの心血管疾患の発症率が1.62倍に上ることがわかりました。
